Cindy Chaffin, 61 of Camden, Arkansas passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Ouachita Medical Center.
Cindy was born on September 16, 1964, in Camden, Arkansas and was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. She worked for 31 years for Aerojet and retired to spend more time with her granddaughters and family. She loved her cats and her dog of 18 years who passed away July 2025. She was a devoted wife, mom, and gigi.
She is preceded in death by her husband Timmy Chaffin; mother Veloree Calaway; mother-in-law Genia Chaffin; and two brothers-in-law, Greg Key and Jimmy Wilson.
Cindy is survived by her three daughters, Amber Jackson (James) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Brittany (Landon) of Camden, Arkansas, and Courtney Hodges (Chad) of Camden, Arkansas; three granddaughters, August Jackson, Zoey Orren, and Delilah Hodges; a sister Sherry Wilson of Camden; and three sisters-in-law, Donna Key of Magnolia, Tina Dever (Ken) of Camden, and Angie Chaffin of Camden; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 pm at Fairview United Methodist Church in Camden, Arkansas on Monday, March 16, 2026, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Randy Seale officiating. Burial will follow at Christie's Chapel Cemetery in Emerson, Arkansas under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia.
Memorial donations may be made to the Food Pantry or Project Kids at Fairview United Methodist Church, 2603 Mt. Holly Road, Camden, Arkansas 71701.
Pallbearers will be Chad Hodges, Landon Spikes, Jackson Adams, Trish Patterson, Nate Warren, Dusty Patterson, and Jr. Adams.
